Consecrated in 1926, Bagshot Lodge drew its original 28 members from a number of existing lodges, mainly the Albert Edward Lodge No. 1714 meeting in Camberley.
Our banner, which was stitched by the wife of the then treasurer, was dedicated at an emergency meeting in January 1933.
The reason for the floral motif has been lost in history but theories suggest it may be representative of the large number of horticultural establishments in Bagshot, or perhaps indicates the livelihood of a number of founding members.
